This website is formed by the China and Company Secretarial departments of S. W. Wong & Associates, a law firm registered with the Law Society of Hong Kong.  We provide secretarial and other related services to companies formed in Hong Kong and China. Our department head Ms. Wendy S. W. Wong is a qualified lawyer in Hong Kong and England and also a China-Appointed Attesting Officer.  Ms Wong received her tertiary and postgraduate education in the United Kingdom and obtained her first law degree with the University of Warwick in England and her master law degree with the University of London. She was appointed as China-Appointed Attesting Officer by the Ministry of Justice of the People's Public of China in the year 2003 to attest legal documents signed in Hong Kong for use in China.  She understands very well of the need of foreign enterprises who want to enter the China market but are not familiar with its legal system or procedural rules. A team of legal professionals is therefore pooled together striving to meet such a market demand with the highest standard of service.

Our associates are experienced in formation of companies and company secretarial work. In addition to western professional skills, we are also assisted by China lawyers to deal with local problems. Our mission is to take care of the tedious procedures and solve the legal problems in an efficient and professional manner for our clients whilst our clients can remain relaxed and concentrate themselves in the daily operations and management of their businesses.
